Do you offer free shipping?

How long does delivery take?
Orders are first prepared within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. In most cases, your order arrives within 4–9 business days. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow the progress of your package.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Do you accept exchanges?
