You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be in its original condition
- All original packaging must be included
Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending items back. This helps ensure the package reaches us safely.
Cabasy does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Exchanges
If you would prefer a different size or item, exchanges are available upon request. Please mention that you would like an exchange when contacting our support team so we can guide you through the process.
Refund Process
Once your return arrives at our facility, it will be inspected to confirm it meets the return conditions.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to complete the transaction and display the refund in your account.
